Wrong information

Today i wanted to free my bsnl to bsnl local voice calls for one month. but i was not sure to recharge with how much amount. so i asked customer care at 1503. he told me to get recharge of Rs. 301 . the call was made me at 1:30 pm on 7 may. and when i goto recharge shopee and recharged with 301 rs. i donot get free calls instead i got 8 gb free data internet. which i never expected. so the information given to me was wrong. and i have to bear a loss of rs. 301 and wastage of time too. and when i talked to 1503 again they say it is not our fault, sorry. we cant do nothing. please help me.
