Harassment and not paying the salary

Hi,

There is a company called ABHILEKHA INFORMATION PVT LIMITED, they are in to sourcing (consultancy), form past few years they are treating employees as slaves, and there is no specified date for salary, and NO PF they are torturing female employees, can some one please take action against them
