I Ganesh C Gorain, BSNL Mobile No. 9434120514. Once I have subscribed News alerts through SMS from 56505. I wish to deactivate now. I have made call BSNL customer care service several times and proceeded accordingly (e.g. Using *456*32#). Still I am getting the SMS News-Alerts from it and they are cutting my money without prior any permission from me. They autometically renew it months after months. I have no other choice but to leave the BSNL connection. What can I do to deactivate News alerts from 56505?
