Bsnl nic card
Not Issue of Nic Card since Long Time

I have apply and pay Deposite for NIC (Data Card) in Feb-09 but still date i have not got that, when i go at office and ask for it they reply "They have no stock of NIC Card and they don't knowe when it will come".

so if any body Know what to do? and how to do?
