We have given the requisition of detailed bill for the number 044-24348682 to Nandanam office in the month of Aug 09. They told that they will forward the letter. But I have received the landline bill this month. I have not received the detailed bill. When I called to customer care they are telling to submit the letter to BSNL office exchange.

How many times can I submit the detailed bill request. Kindly look into this matter.
