BSNL Customer Service is equally pathetic and hopeless... No one is there to attend your calls... I lost my handset and was trying to call up to get my lines barred. But either no one answers the call or the call gets disconnected due to poor network connectivity. I tried d entire day but couldnt get the sim blocked
