As im a lifetime prepaid mobile user of bsnl... my recharge date expire on 23 feb and company gives only single day margin ie till 24 feb... only one day grace period... this was unknown to all life time user..as early we know that 7 days grace period but after 24 feb i came to know that in lifetime we get one day grace period... this is not mention anywhere... in my account i had 1336.70 but after 24 feb my account becomes ZERO..im totly in shock so plz help me out... if its possible then plz transfer my money in my account... reply
