I recharged my mobile with 230/- rupee ofgprs pack in which surfing is free yet they detect my balance of 47 rupee without any information. and i made call to their cce they all given me different excuse and always used to said that we are not resposible for it. and when i went to bsnl office they are also making excuse and not giving me any satisfactory reply still while two weks has been over but the has not been solved by them.
