Dear Sir,
I am BSNL pre paid Mobile user of Gujarat circle. My mobile no is 9428072636. BSNL Radio services is stared by mistake in my mobile. I want to stop this facility immediately, many times I tried through BSNL cutomer care but they were not stop this faclity and also give unsatisfactory answer and said BSNL is not responsible for this fasality, contact at 126300.when I contact at 126300 there is not option to stop this fasality and no provision to talk personaly at this number and only computor generated voices are heard. This number (126300) is not toll free. So very heay charches to be paid by me to BSNL.I have sent to SMS at 126300 and BSNL customer crae service 9400024365 by my mobile to stop this fasality.
Kindly stop this facility.
