To whom may concern pls put your attension on this matter about the cell to cell problem of relience & bsnl service of hamirpur distt. of himachal pradesh . we have facing from last 6-8 month problem of bsnl cell to reliance cell but sadly we get on our bsnl cell secreen network busy . we complint to bsnl as well as relience in this regard but both are anable to solve our problem in this matter, i mukesh (9418183050) personely talk to SDO (cell) Mr. Chouchan BSNL hamirpur zone himachal pradesh. he give mi first insurance to solve it . but again i contact him, he give me advice to change your friends no. to relience to BSNL GSM. there are so many consumer of BSNL & relience GSM who face this problem from 6-8 month. we dont know whose fault it in this matter . please do something in this matter to solve of network problem of BSNL cell to relience cell.
