Without any reason sim fail & unable give me reason

Respected Sir/Madam

I Mahesh Vaghamshi mobile number is 9427955669 lived in Dabhoi, Baroda bought BSNL prepaid sim one year before.

Problem is 15 days before suddenly sim failed. Than after i called BSNL customer service on 24365 number from my friend mobile to find out problem why sim registration failed but i he (Kartik) told me he don't know anything about it even he was not able to give my details finally he told me i need go to BSNL office and replace sim. Next day i went BSNL office for replace nearest BSNL office in Dabhoi, (Baroda) sim but they need details about sim registration.so i went home and call bsnl customer service for try to get details but there was system problem twice so i got late details than after i went BSNL office again with details .but he told me i will not getting new sim at that time it take's 5 working days. Even he was also unable give answer about why sim registration failed.

All to gather i had very very bad experience about BSNL customer services and still facing problem with sim i desperately need that sim and i don't know what to do
