Deactivate my subscription to BSNL Tunes

I have a prepaid no 9480667191. Last month i had called to the BSNL customer care to deactivate my subscription. The person after some procedure told that my subscription will be deactivated. But today again Rs.10 has been deducted from my account. This is not fair. Please help me out of this.
