We have compplaiend to BSNL on trwo occassiosn and we had a senior person (elderly) come to our residence to look into the issues faced by us. our tele No 0250 2346315 had probelems in receiving incoming calls. After the complaint, the phoen has comletely gone dead. But one thing is sure that BSNLO would not ehsitate to send us with the Bill as per their normalk process even if a single call could not be made. This is worst possible service available in the market when there are so many players to provide service and since no one really bothers if Govt is making money or not as long as they get their salaries on time.
