Proper services not received

Dear Sir,

1. I was Change my Plan Postpad to Prepaid on 15.07.09.

2. I am already Submitted Documents on 15/07/09 at Sayaji Office & 27/08 at Indraprastha Complex.

3. My Cellular contunue working 01/08 but suddenly I feel deactivate my all services.

4. I was received an sms on 25/08/09 from company that your documentare not received so kindly diposit it same within 2 days.

5. As per SMS company was given 2 days Limit for submited document in our office but my services deactivate on 25.08.09.

6. Till date & time not activated my services.
