We Booked a 3 bedroom flat of 1725sq.ft. area in Arihant paradisso in Indirapuram, the builder of the same is Mr. Jain. The flat was supposed to be delivered in February 08, which is mentioned on the papers too, but till date ie. 20th August 08 it is not yet delivered. Every second day we are going to the site and small things are coming up, infact its coming up very badly in quality. Examples are: Broken marble floor which the builder has starightforwardly told that he will not change, poor quality rusted sanitary and kitchen sinks fittings & electrical fittings, inferior quality wood work-chipping has started. Poorly made skirtings of floor. Ill fitted glass doors.
What shown in sample flat is nowhere close to flat they are delivering. The worst things is that there is no body who;s listening there. Every time we go there we are being forwarded to some worker or site supervisor, who will not lift their finger without builder's consent. This is very frustrating.
We are getting feeling as if our hard earned money has gone wasted.
