The builder in area of savarkar nagar rising a illegal 7 floor apartement with out the permission of t.m.c. depa. But he managed the MSEDC officer and took 11 light meter without any paper and without any legal or illegal entry in the books of the MSEDC dep. He is using the light connection frm last 16 months without paying single peeny to the dep. So after a so many compalint dep. is not ready to take action against him. So i am reqisting from this letter pleas take a action aginst that builder and officer of the MSEDC dep.
