Bunch of 5 white glads fruit delight

I have placed two orders on bunch of 5 white glads fruits delight.

One order I placed on 10th February Order No. IN1002110211 which I have received but the order was not correct. Instead of 5 white glads I have received some odd flowers which were nearly old and shrunk.

Second order I placed on 11th February Order No. IN1102110184 which I have NOT yet received. Even the customer service is so poor that I have to hold on for hours together. Even when they pick up they talk among themselves not realising this is STD call and making me hold for long.
