Hi

i aslam using credit card about last 5 year and faced no proble but time is this some horreble for me what happened with me from last 3 month,

i was made a payment of 1350/-by cheque (hdfc sanjay place -agra) but i dont know why? its not debit from my account next month i got new statement with 1350/- some new amount (which i used) late fee,

then i visit hdfcbank which is near to my house, sai ka takia but i not got any reponse than i visited sanjay palce bank, again no response they sugguest me talk to customer and many time i do but no satisfied answer i got.

know i got a latter in which they say that gave me many reminder and they gave my case to collection agency etc

sir here i am ready to pay my outstanding but why should i pay late fee if i got do any thing wrong please clear my account, . i wish to continue my account
