i subscribed business today for 5 years subs.no. is BT 1580414. i called to custmer care on 1800 1800 100, spoken to mina, as per her statement the gift parcel deliveed to my adress. doc no.88523455 by overnite express courier. i called to bangalore office on11/09/08 mr navin & mukesh replied the parcel has been deliverd on 10/07/08. but till now the parcel was nt reccd. mr navin & mukesh on the job of to search run copy.with my address cell no also there why courier person not called before dispatch? what about my gift.
