Running away without returning money

Today i started my journey from BEL circle to Hebbal in mini bus.

I paid him 10 rupees, and thought he will return me money other than fare.

I got down at Hebbal and asked about retrun, he told i don't have change.

Then i told take from Driver or any passaenger who have boarded in, then he directly told i don't have change and he entered into the bus and told driver start the bus and he close dthe bus door. Then i was running on the the road holding door clamp and threatening hem stop otherwise i will call police, then he stopped, and returned my money.

So i want to lodge complaint against that bus conductor, So that he would learn a lesson

and in future he could not do same with other passenger.
