Violation of MRTP Act

In Many Bus Stops specially via Mumbai to Pune most of the shopkeepers sale product above the Maximum retail prize prescirbed, this is violation of MRTP Act but inspite of telling this to Shopkeepers they give silly excuses and ask customers to pay atleast 50% above the Maximum retail prize and violate the Act openly. Request is to please take an action against the same.
