Excess product prizes

Dear Concern,

I would like to draw your kind attention on Inter state bus stands. All products are sold by shopkeepers on excess prizes.

For example :- If we buy a water bottle which prise is Rs.10.00 but bus passanger gets the same on excess rate i.e Rs.15.00 or Rs.20.00. On a query for excess prise the shopkeepr clearly told me that a passenger who is thirsty... shall give any amount for water. So, we are selling the products and passenge are buying. Further he told me the driver and conductor of the buses are free to take anything from his shop because all passengers of bus are customer for shopkeeper.

In view of above I request you to kindly take necessary action on shopkeepers who are selling procusts on excess prises.
