Change of address not updated

Dear Sir,

We have given request for Change of address, but i didn't receive any information related to the baove request. 2 days on wards i am trying to reach tele enquiry but there is no responce from them. Even no one lift the phone when ringing the phpne.

please provide me the correct information related to the above quiry.
