I've submitted my laptop four times and still problem has not been solved till yet. Each time the service center engineer returns my laptop saying that it is working fine but after working 3-4 hours on it, same errors found.

1. First time I submitted my laptop on 30th March at Okhla, New Delhi service center. Case Id - 2606732554. My complain was that the laptop is getting too heat and got off automatically. I got back my laptop on 6th April. The next day I was facing another problem that my laptop was getting hanged immediately after starting.
2. Again I submitted it on 8th April. Case Id - 2606930739 The demo engineer recognized my problem at service center. I got back my laptop on 11th April and service center informed me that my laptop is working fine now. Again after working 2 hours on it hanged again and the same issue.
3. I submitted it third time on 16th April with same complaints. Caes Id - 2607099992. I got back my laptop after few days on 30th April saying that now my laptop is working fine.
4. I submitted it again on 4th May with same problems. Case Id - 2607466093. I got back my laptop on 13th May saying that the laptop has no issues and it is working fine at service center engineer desk.
Now I'm getting the same problem gain. My laptop is getting hanged again and again.
Now My concerns with HP are --
1. How many times should I submit my laptop to get it repaired correctly?
2. My laptop is with your service center from 30th March and my warranty is going to expire in June. So what happened if my laptop is not repaired till then?
3. When the demo engineer at service center is recognizing the my problem then why the working engineer is not getting my problem?
4.Who is responsible for this issue and how HP can compensate me?
5. Should I go to Consumer Forum or Court to fight the legal battle with the company to get repaired my laptop?
Kindly look after my problems seriously and I want my laptop repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Other wise I don't have any choice other than to SUE the HP company and its service center.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
