I am an Account holder of Canara Bank of Ulhasnagar, Branch, with ATM Card No. 4214 5802 1903 and account No. 55586.
I went to Ulhasnagar-4, Dena Bank ATM for cash withdraw on 10th may 09. When I operated Dena Bank ATM to withdraw Rs. 4000/- and -, system processed and display an error i.e. Transaction declained/ Transaction error. I have not received cash.
Later, I went to Canara Bank of Ulhasnagar-4 Branch when I checked my account, Rs.4000/- and - (Total 6000/-) had been debited of 10th May 09, which were not received by me. It was system’s error.
Branch manager said the process will take max 45 days, now above 90 days are gone still the isue is pending. I done know why?
Is this your bank service to any coustomer.? I think so ulhasnagar Branch staff/manager is not able to give a good service to any of the customer. as like me there is number of issue are pending.
Here by you are requested that please check record your side and credit Rs.6000/- in favour of my account.
