Canara bank, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, is not responding to my complaint

My account is with Canara bank, Branch-Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, Pin-825301, On 19/10 a Transacation of Rs 2700 was attempted using Canara bank ATM card at a SBI ATM machine. Transacation failed, but 2700 was deducted from my account. The SBI ATM machine from where the transacation was attempted is situated in Liluah, Howrah.pin-711204 (adjacent to SBI branch). I wrote a letter to the Canara bank, manager, Hazaribagh branch, along with the xerox of the failed transacation slip regarding this. They told it may take a couple of months to return 2700 back in to my account. After 2 months when i Contacted them again they said with in few days my money will be returned to my account and in this way finally after around 2 years, in July i again wrote a letter to remind them, but till now i haven't got my money back. The transacation was attempted by my son who lives in Liluah, Howrah.
