Canara Bank has been promulgating a changed logo and changed working style in the competitive environment. However, when we approach the Bank we are facing the old depleted faces with no energy to serve their clients. I have an account in Canara Bank and the salary is credited there. Inspite of the fact that our salary is remitted through ECS, it takes further 4-5 days more to credit the amount in our accounts. When you approach for updation of pass book, either the printer is not working or the responsible person is not available. It is also felt that they are very upset to do such job for their client and always there is always a tussle for geting a pass book updated.

This happens in Canara Bank, Parliament Street Branch where all the facilities are available but there is a lack of good persons.
