Hello Sir,
This is Rahul Chandalia. I had visited a restaurant named “CANDIES at PALI HILL, BANDRA’ on 30th may at around 9:30 am with my friend Saloni Parekh for breakfast. I had ordered a cheese roll at the counter and they gave me a Chicken roll and i am a pure vegetarian since Childhood. As i was unaware that its a chicken roll i took a bite of it and then i realised that this roll doesn’t have cheese so at that time a guy named ALLEN in the restaurant i handed over the roll and he told me that its a checken roll and he told me to come to the front counter and he toll the roll along with me. When i came at the front counter he changed my roll and he said that i had a Spanish roll and not chicken but after making a big issue at the counter he accepted his fault and took me to a cabin and at time he tried to solve the issue through various means but than at one point he told us to wait and he just disappeared and never returned back and we were waiting for him for some two hours in that while a lady came to us saying that she’s Allens’s sister named Sandhya (don’t remember her name rightly) and she started apologising and saying that for gods sake forget the issue and she will pray for us and blah blah things but she also disappeared saying that she will call allen and then she also din’t returned back and we were already getting late because it was already 11:30 and nothing was happening but we din’t wanna leave thinking they will remove the staff who did so we waited n by 12ish a person named Sunil came saying he’s the restaurant manager and apologised and when he asked him to call Allen he never did that so as we were in a hurry we just told him that don’t do anything to the employees and we left..
Just wanted to say that being a Marwadi, i had never eaten non-veg but these people made me do that and no one came ahead and accepted their fault so i would request if u could help me in the same and i have a video clicked of the staff who accepted her mistake and al for proof. Hope to get a positive reply.
