Wrong commitment

Dear sir

this is to inform you that few month back i bought a tata postpaid connection =9216199700 from MR anil at the time of deal Mr anil told me that tata provide you free handset with connection with in 430 rupees. I paid the same amount to MR anil but after some tme when i receive my first bill than i come to know that phone is not fee its on installment (Rs150*24 month) than i consult with Mr anil about this wrong commitment at that time Mr anil told me he will solve the problem but later on he told me that i have to pay the amount.

Today i receive a notice from tataindicome. I compalin about this to company so many times but tilldate i am not getting any solution. i am having evidence of this, i am having mail which i send to [email protected].

kindly look into the matter and solve my problem
