P.F. withdrawal

Dear Sir,

I Was working with M/s. Caprihans India Limited, Plot No.76/77, MIDC, Nashik -7. w.e.f. 2.8.1992 to 30.06.2008 for which my P.F. code was MH/5021/4373.

Now I have submitted Form 19 for P.F. withdrawal and Form 10-C for Claim certificate in the month of August but till date I am not getting any reply from your end pls. look in the matter immediately.
