I had applied for a Tata indicom landline connection as offered by a TATA INDICOM tele-executive named ms Ayesha from ph no- 040 66807733.
As per her if i pay cash amount of Rs 575 I will get a connection in 48 hrs. I agreed and a TATA INdicom executive Mr Ravi came to my office on 27 Oct 08.
He collected all relevant documents and cash and gave me the copy of the agreement no 00612934. I was assured that the connection will be made by 29th Oct by 12 noon.
My complaint is that: Without checking the details of whether they can provide the services or not they have taken the advance and given commitmnet. I have lost two crucial days in this matter. Had they checked up beforehand that there is no possibilities in the area my off ice is located i would hace taken the services of another service provider.
I am sorry to say that I have lost faith in TATA Indicom's misled promises and have to waste another 3-4 days in searching for another option.
Hope management at TATA Indicom will take notice to this and revert with at least an apology, if no solution
