Dear Sir,

we have purchased window A/c Gen X model 1.50 ton on 17/10 from M/s Laxmi Machines Bikaner ph: 0151-2524726. From the date of purchase the AC is creating a problem.

My wife is having skin problems and is suggested by doctor to stay in cool temprature. We have been asking the support engineer to get the problem... solved, we have informed them n no. of times to the dealer but no one is bothered about after sales service, only a single visit was done by the mechanic and MSEAL was paste on the leakage point, and now the dealer is saying that they can visit only once. when we have purchased the AC the dealer assured us for the warrenty as well as service of AC.

Please take immediate action against the dealer (He is also not having good reputation in the market)
