NON REFUNDS OF E-TICKET AMOUNT

Respected sir,

I had booked Train Ticket through care irctc.co.i. Later My Travel Programme has changed,

so, I cancel the e-tickets. After few days I got confirmation from care irctc, Delhi Office the

cacelled ticket amount credited to my bank account, confirmation of e-mail received from

care irctc is submitted thurough attachment for your ready information. But So fat the

cancelled amount not shown in my bank account. I am also e-mailed necessary documents

like bank pass book copy, and confirmation copies to care irctc. I had Received First

confirmation in April from April i am suffering the issue. but nobody is taking

care in care irctc. Many times I spoken to care irctc custmer care. but there is no result

so far. I request you to please settle the mater at the earliest.
