I had booked Train Ticket through care irctc.co.i. Later My Travel Programme has changed, so, I cancel the e-tickets. After few days I got confirmation from care irctc, Delhi Office the cacelled ticket amount credited to my bank account, confirmation of e-mail received from care irctc is submitted thurough attachment for your ready information. But So fat the cancelled amount not shown in my bank account. I am also e-mailed necessary documents like bank pass book copy, and confirmation copies to care irctc. I had Received First confirmation in April from April i am suffering the issue. but nobody is takingcare in care irctc. Many times I spoken to care irctc custmer care. but there is no result so far. I am herewith mentioning the details of P.N.R Nos along with Date and amount which has been not at received so far in my account and also
attaching the My Bank Statement from 14/03 to 17/06
(Statement taken from the bank on 26/06 at 10.30A.M) along
with my Photo Identity & Address also sent e-mail confirmation
