I have an indica car which is insured with reliance general insurance company. In december my car suffered an accident due to which the engine was badly damaged. I claimed for the insurance initially the company send its surveyor and he consented on the claim. But when my car was repaired in tata motors service station the company denied the claim. And i had to pay the whole amount. What is the use of such ffkkkkng. insurance. Help me out to get justice.
