`Respected sir,
This is to get to ur notice that our vehicle bearing number-AP 9 BD-1106 is insured with ur reliance general and we had claimedd two claims in the last week and we had not yet got any kind of information for the futher repair of the vehicle for getting insured with u people we are facing such a problem that our vehicle is lying in the garage since a week. We had even sent vu so many mails and we had not got any kind of reply from ur side.
We are not happy with the service reliance peopleare giving us and this might be the last from our side we expect an immediate reply from you as soon as possible so that we may not take any kind of futher action.
These following are the two claim number's
1.2091225038 is the first claim number
2.2091225044 is the second claim number.
As we had given our vehicle 4days back and there was a small call from ur person stating that they dont concern 2claims at a time but we had claimed according to the accident the vehicle met with. The concerned person who took the claim had done two different and more over if the vehicle is repaired only half what would be the remaining and the statement given to us was not good. So we would give u a notice to give the best service to the customer instead of giving reason's.
