Caritas is one of the reputed hospital in Kottayam.
The most crowded area of this hospital is the gynacology section headed by Dr Harish Chandran.
The problems most patients face especially in this section are;
Pregnent women who comes for checkups has to wait a very long time to have the doctor attend her, even if they are asked to come at that particular time of day.
The nurses there who is supposed to queue in the patients as per their token number, shows discrepancy by allowing their freind or relatives to go in to see the doctor. Also they hesitates in saying the current token number... they call be patent name instead of token so that the waiting patients will not be able to trace the current token number.
Another problem is that even if we pay for Dr Harish and wants to see him, the other lady doctors say that "You got no problem, so no need to see Dr Harish".
Earlier the gynic section was very good, but now the Caritas hospital gynacology section is in the mode of business.
Also they have incresed their registration fees and it is valid for just one month
