Noc and spelling mistake in my name

I had car loan with HDFC bank. and payment is clear on 27/12/08 . loan ac no 2226753 customer name is ujendra patel but from ur employee mistake they can write my name vjendra patel so that why have been facing problems while applying for N o c with my name ujendra patel plz solve this problem from last 3 month i am apply noc at least 20 times
