ECS return

I have receiving calls from HDFC customer care for ECS returns from Centrion Bank of Panjab (now HDFC)

I said that i need the official letter with signature and stamp of authorised purson to pay the ECS return charges with resone.

I also want you to explain why ECS is returns and ECS is still done second time without informing to Customer.

This happens not once but twice.
