Carrier AC, Customer Service Division has not provided me with a DEMO, even after 3 months of purchase and numerous complaints about cooling problems with the AC.
The situation is so bad that i have hardly used my AC and my cooler gives me a bettrer cooling than the AC.
I have already mailed a no. of times and even called up one of their guys who manages the service engineers but still i have not recieved any reponse.
I must say that both the product as well the service provided by Carrier AC's is pathetic and disgraceful and the only way out i see is probably through consumer court.
