Very poor service

I lodge a complaint to customer care agianst AC not working on 12th may he give me 24 hour to resolve the problem. but there are no response from company side, i wait till 19th may but no one come to attend the problem. when i call again he write a new complain and promise to attend in next day. i write the amil many time, but this complain is open till the time, and no response given by carreir airconditioner company. after sell service of this company is very poo
