Poor After Sale Service

Hi,

I have purchasd a carrier Air Conditioner (Window-2 tonnes) in April.

There are complaints from the very 1st dat.

First of all, no company person visited for the installation. I have to arrange for local carpenter and electrician and have to paid to them.

Secondly, from the day on installation only, there was some unusual noise coming from the AC. I contacted customer care, made request again, but no follow-up was there from the company.

After 5 months, I got a call from Carrier asking for my experience. I told them that I have a complaint, they said they will take care- but again no feedback.

Yesterday (4h Sep-09') also, I got a similar call asking am I getting my regular free services or not.

I am eligible to get free service every 4 months, but surprisingly I have got none by now.

I am really very-very annoyed from the services of career.
