I bought a carrier window ac 1.5 ton from branch of pinky radios mohali. the air conditioner has beeen making noises akin to water splashing. this was within 2 days of buying the air conditioner, a complaint was made to the dealer in the mohali as well as the chandigarh branch. till now the mechanic who came once could not rectify it. despite repeated reminders the dealer has not sent anyone. i want to replace the air conditioner with someother piece or model and of course the best would be to change the company. it seems to be a problem with all the carrier 1.5 ton window ac where the water gets collected and starts to splash around in the ac making the noise. can u plz contact the company somehow to solve the problem.
