Last year in May, I purchased a Carrier Durakool 1.5 Ton AC (Model No. GWRACO18DR001). This summer the AC is not working properly. I register a complaint in Kay Technical Services (Carrier Authorized Service center). The service center people took my AC last week and still not able to solve the problem.
According to them there is a leakage in some pipe and they have to replace the whole part so they want me to pay for that part but my point is I used this AC hardly for 3months and its still in warranty then why should I pay for any replacements?
I also registered a complaint in customer care and my complaint number is DEL-4244, but no action has been taken yet. So, right now in this hot summer I am living without an AC and my AC is with service center.
I request to Carrier company people to take an appropriate action in this regard and if they are not able to help me out then please let me know so that i can proceed with registering a case in consumer court against them
