AC not working, complaint not attended to

Dear Sir,

I am Lt Col Aman Kansal, an Army officer posted in Meerut. I bought a 1.5 tonne Carrier window AC from M/s Kandioners Sales Pvt Ltd vide Sale invoice No 2643, Book no 53 on 03 Sep 08 alongwith a Stabiliser. After 20 days the AC started throwing warm air. When contacted, the dealer sent a mechanic who said that gas needs to be refilled. After refilling of gas, the AC started emitting foul smell while working. When contacted again, a mechanic on insistence to rectify the fault, and went away as he could not identify the problem. Since last four days, I have been ringing up daily, but the dealer has expressed his inability to rectify the fault. On requesting to fill up the guarantee card, the dealer has been deliberately delaying the whole issue.

It seems the dealer does not have the infrastructure to carry out after sales service and neither the attitude nor decency to talk to the customers in a dignified manner.

You are kindly requested to interfere in the matter and address the grievance of this helpless customer as it is a big blow to me who had heard a lot about your reputation.
