Not getting payout

I twice reched min payout for free members, requsted for payout, never get paid, i mail them maney times, wait 30- days nothing going on. they are showing 20thousand (-) from my account twice but i never got any money and reply from them, they are totely scam, and wasting time and anergy of the people like us, please take acction against them if you can
