Not granting payouts

Sir,

I am a free member of this company.it promised a minimum payout of $19000, but i have passed it and now has over $20000 but still i cannot request payment, that button is inactive.i have spent lot of time and effort in this but it is so painful to know that i've been cheated.kindly do the needful to reward my efforts.

this company is fraud.
