My name is Ashwin Kumar i am having a Honda Unicorn AP 29 AE 7770 & i had given my bike for servicing in ur franchise LOTUS BIKEZONE it was a very bad experiance to me Bcoz they had not done any servicing & they made my bike still bad condition.
I had given my bike for first time.
I said them that it is 1st time i am giving with u.
I told them that my bike used to give 63kms/ltr & now it is giving 55kms/ltr.
They said ok we do it but when i checked after servicing it is hiving 43 kms/ltr this i had comformed after using 10lts of petrol.
I again taken my bike & told them the status they had done some thing and gave me.
Then i had checked my bike by using 6ltrs of petrol again it is giving only 45kms/ltr.
I told them to loose the handle but they had not done.
I told them to change the back light Bcoz it is not working but they had not done, While taking the delivary i checked & made it with them & they charged me15rs bur not given the receipt.
At the time of servicing they said ur bikes disk break's rubber is used up & it has to be changed within 15 days but i had not belived them & told no its ok later on i will think, & shown at other place they said no its perfectly all right.
They had done only the upper parts which we will be using regularly like : - Clutch, Break, Break oiling, Washing & Cleaning.
Even i had a dought that they had not changed my bike oil also bcoz the oil cap was so tightly that i had to remove it with a cutting player & when i checked it it was very black colour.
WHAT THE HELL UR DOING?
We belive that the CASTROL is a good company but sorry to say ur loosing the customers in this case.
