Transaction on PVR Cinema via CCA gateway

Hi Sir,

Recently i have booked movie tickets in PVR through online.after booking tickets open CCAVENUE gate way. While opening that gate way transaction failed and deducted my money RS1085.

how can i get those money from that company...?

please help me or suggest me
