I own 2 products (Credit & Personal Loan) from HDFC Jaipur, bank. Recently I have submitted my resignation in my company and I would only get my payment in October, which I duly explianed to many of HDFC's rep & supervisor at @ 912240356000, 912266667199, 911415101759 (Jai). I clealy explained the reason to all, however I also told them that I do not mind getting collections calls, as this is part of the Standard Operating Procedures of any collection company.
However, this changed when I got a call from Virender Singh @ 911415117098, Jaipur - Choudhary Bros, dated August 22nd, where Virender just did not even ID himself and just started demanding for Rs 1lakh two thousand. He rudly said "Mujhe yeh paisa aaj chaihiye, cheque nehin Cash mein." I tried to explain the situation to him, however one just cannot talk to anyone who are not civilized. Abuses were freely used by such Collectors.
Post the conversation, I spoke to Mr Karan @0141-5114332 (supervisor, customer care, Jaipur branch) and infomed him that I would not like any more calls in the similar tone that Virender Singh uses. Karan was very apologetic and shocked, and he promised me that going forward there will be no threats. Just plain simple collections calls.
Today August 13th, I get another call from @ 911415117098 (Virender Singh, Choudhary Bros) where he clearly asked me to photograph every part of my body and imagine how one will look if any parts were to be missing. I wonder if you are thinking about that right now, how can a decent company like HDFC allow something as crude and gross to happen to a cutsomer who has been in the database for 8 years. Virender Singh gave me a time to pay the cash to him by August 25th 1200 Hrs, or else some part of my body will certainly be missing, he asked me to pass the same advice to my landlord who is by the way 70 years old.
This incident has completely shaken and most important shocked me as to how one can simply resort to Barbarianship and just cannot wait for work with a customer till October 08 for the last 8 years sake.
I am hereby giving you time till Monday and have a Manager or above to call me and completly assure me that Virender Singh's collections skills will never repeat again. Failure to call, then I will be passing this information some Media chanells and would not even stop to talk to the cops. Hopefully then I would not have to miss any of my body parts. Hope you understand.
